Your box will be made up from a collection of large crochet plushies that we have on hand. The plushies pictured here are only for example, and not necessarily what you will receive. Creation & Shipping
Allow 1 to 3 days for us to select and carefully package your surprise plushie box. You will receive tracking information once we drop your package off to USPS. Normal arrival times are 2 to 5 business days however the holidays and inclement weather can cause delays.We are not responsible once your package has been turned over to USPS for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
If you find a flaw on your handmade crochet plushie or anything purchased from Little Luvin Stitches let us know within 7 days of receiving your item and we will start the process of a return or exchange. We want every customer to feel confident when you order a Little Luvin Stitches creation.
Gift Wrapping
If this purchase is a gift, we are happy to gift wrapped it for you to make your purchase complete at no extra charge. Please message us the message Seller option and let us know you want a gift wrapping with any special instructions. We want to give your gift giving experience a personal touch that will make memories for your loved one.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
All shipping is via the United States Parcel Service (USPS). Processing time can take 2-3 days before your bundle of happy mail is sent to you.
Orders placed after 3pm ET will be considered orders placed the next physical business day.
Little Luvin Stitches is closed all federal holidays, and Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve.
Returns
Holiday Return Window
For gifts ordered between November 1–December 31, you have until January 14 to start the return process.
General Return Policy
For physical goods, you have 14 days to return it from the date you received it.
Shipping charges are not refundable, and Little Luvin Stitches will not cover any costs for the return.
To return an item,
email contact@littleluvinstitches.com with your order number and reason for return. If your item(s) are sent back to us without first requesting a return, your return will not be accepted.
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us 3 business days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
