Shipping policy

*For purchases not including subscription boxes* All shipping is via the United States Parcel Service (USPS). Processing time can take 2-5 days before your bundle of happy mail is sent to you.

Orders placed after 3pm ET will be considered orders placed the next physical business day.

Little Luvin Stitches is closed all federal holidays, and Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve.

*For subscription box services only*

Shipping will start as early as the 8th of every month, and then within 7 days of your purchase. Purchases after the 25th of the month will considered a purchase for the following month, and will ship out on the 8th of the next month.

Return policy

*For purchases not including subscription boxes* Holiday Return Window For gifts ordered between November 1–December 31, you have until January 14 to start the return process.

General Return Policy

For physical goods, you have 14 days to return it from the date you received it.

Shipping charges are not refundable, and Little Luvin Stitches will not cover any costs for the return.

To return an item, email contact@littleluvinstitches.com with your order number and reason for return. If your item(s) are sent back to us without first requesting a return, your return will not be accepted.

We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us 3 business days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once your subscription has started (first box is mailed) your subscription payment will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel your renewal, simply email orders@littleluvinstitches.com with your order # and your full name. We will set up the cancellation, and provide you with a confirmation via email.
