It's been a long week. We came off a rather disastrous show over the past weekend. The weather was unforgiving and we found ourselves scrambling to save our plushies during a torrential downpour. Once home we had to see what we could salvage. One of the unexpected downturns of owning a small business.
I am still going to occupational therapy for my right arm. Thankfully it's only a discomfort and doesn't hinder my ability to crochet. I already mentioned that I juggle a full-time position as a finance director and now that we are full-steam ahead with our small business, time management is critical. We have a show this weekend so it's a quick stop for gas, Walgreens, and to pick-up dinner on the way home then pack two cars, and to bed by hopefully midnight. 5 a.m. comes quickly.Â
By the way, I created another little logo (above), let me know your thoughts. So, our big push in the coming weeks is the launching of our subscription box which is all over our social media and website. I want to make it easy for literally anyone to learn how to crochet.
